The film was hosted by Tactical Tech in conjunction with the Department of Communication Studies, University of Texas at Austin. After the screening a discussion with the 80 strong audience on how the experiences portrayed in the film can be applied to the Austin community followed. Students in specific classes wrote reflection papers linking real experiences with relevant theoretical concepts. The film was screened in English with Spanish subtitles. » |
