18 persons from different NGOs in whole of Iraq about how can we make make advocacy and learn some tools by using Social Media tools , so i made a screen shot in Irbil by using 10 tactics materials because I made before that in Baghdad and Irbil. this Network from 18 different NGOs , called Silm Network ( Silm mean in Arabic, Peace) so they can use some of these tools how they can protect the witness or defend the human rights in Iraq
